I started my first journal in Grade School and kept writing all the way through College. Which eventually led to blogging in 2004. I love the process of story-telling, sharing bits of my life, and creating an experience with words and pictures. I absolutely love the fact that this site is MINE and I can control everything about it - from what it looks like, to what I say (bursts into a sinister laugh).
I'm transitioning in life. From a girlfriend, to a fiancée. From Manilenya to a California Girl. From living separately for a year to co-habitating with my fiancée. New place, new dwellings, new people, new goals, new beginnings.
I write about my daily adventures - as a mother of a teenager, as a fiancee, a zealous entrepreneur, a woman enjoying the fullness of life, and girly-girl who loves to shop, a domestic diva, as a dancer who still dreams to perform with Madonna someday, and finally, as a runner and swimmer who wants to be a triathlete before she reaches 40.
This blog will chronicle changes, and a lot of randomness, that is my life. Perhaps a few brazen thoughts here and there, and finding inspiration and happiness in the small, simple pleasures of life. Ok...occasionally, with the lavish ones too! Ha!

Me in a nutshell
Picky perfectionist, obsessed with cleanliness, organization and details. Neat freak and overly efficient, intensely analytical, innately altruistic and a tad high-strung. A little sensitive and easily stressed. I need a clear grasp of all that's going on around me so that I can pin-point the essential and true. I want things to be done exactly right so i end up doing everything myself. Clearly a Virgo woman!
